Funeral arrangements in place for Strongsville teacher stabbed to death

Funeral services start at 10 a.m. Saturday for Melinda Pleskovic, a teacher who worked with Strongsville City Schools for 27 years.The services will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church on Bagley Road near Eastland Road in Berea, according to Pleskovic's obituary on A. Ripepi & Sons Funeral Homes' website.Interment will be at the Strongsville Cemetery on Pearl Road near Westwood Drive.The family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at A. Ripepi & Sons Funeral Homes on Bagley Road in Middleburg Heights near Engle Road.Pleskovic has two daughters, a son and a son-in-law, according to her obituary.Pleskovic was found stabbed to death about 8 p.m. Monday at her home on Blazing Star Drive near Golden Star Drive.
